Laura spent 4 years living in South Korea after graduating from Concordia College. She spent her time studying the Korean language and culture and teaching English. Although exposed to Oriental Medicine, it was in Seattle when she became interested in acupuncture.
Not finding any relief for her migraines, she began acupuncture treatments and was inspired by this modality of healing. She went on to complete a graduate program in Chinese Acupuncture and Chinese Herbal Medicine at Bastyr University. She then completed her Oriental Medicine studies at Shanghai University in China.
Laura is licensed in WA state and certified by the National Certification Commission for Acupuncture. She is also a trained Detox Specialist and a member of the National Acupuncture Detoxification Association.
